In most cases, the finalist candidate presentations can be made to the client in under 30 days. We communicate effectively so that interviews can proceed with our clients in a timely fashion. We know great candidates generate urgency for our clients so we look forward to coordinating schedules and booking travel when needed. We search until the job is done and the “A” player candidate is on your team. We also provide a 90 day replacement guarantee should you discover the new candidate fit isn't right.
